These terms apply to tinyfishing.app: the Tiny Fishing game, the English guides, comments, the fishing list, and a smaller casual collection. We run this domain. We are not Mad Buffer and we are not paid by the owners of Tiny Fishing to host the game.
Using the site means you accept these terms. You also confirm that the law where you live allows you to use it. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must allow that use. “You” means the person using the site.
How we handle data is on the Privacy Policy page. That page is part of this agreement.
1. Games on this site
Tiny Fishing is a third-party HTML5 game. The game, the art, and the name belong to their owners. We embed the game so you can play free online, with no download needed. Progress is saved in this browser. We do not promise the same save on another phone or after you clear cookies.
If the game becomes unavailable or the developer updates it, we may update the page or remove the game. Their license terms apply to the play session itself.
2. What you may do here
Play, read the guides, bookmark the page, and email us. Comments must be your own words. Do not post spam, scams, malware links, or material you do not have the right to share. Do not scrape the site, copy the layout as a product, or try to break the server. Do not wrap tinyfishing.app in another site without our written permission.
We can hide a comment or block an address that breaks these rules. We do not have to read every comment before it appears.
3. Ads and other sites
Ads may show next to the game. YouTube may load if you start the walkthrough. Links to Fishing Games or Casual Games may open another game in a similar frame. We do not control those third parties. Their ads, logs, and terms are theirs. Use them at your own risk.
4. No warranty
The site and the games are provided as they are. We work to keep games loading and pages accurate, but we do not guarantee uptime, a perfect score, or that a future build will match today’s numbers. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

5. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost saves, lost time, or indirect damages from using tinyfishing.app or a third-party game, even if we were told those losses might happen. Events outside our control (host outages, a developer taking a game down) are not a breach of these terms.
6. Updates, applicable law, and copyright notices
We may change these terms and post the new date on this page. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms. We may pause or close part of the site at any time.
You must follow the laws that apply in your location. We may block a region if we have to.
If Tiny Fishing art or other material on this domain uses your work without permission, send a notice through the Copyright and DMCA page. Talk to a lawyer first if you are unsure.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the pages they link to are the full agreement for using tinyfishing.app. They do not make us partners or employers. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign your rights here without our written permission.
